140 lb weight loss before after photo

Ive lost 140 lbs on the last 13 months, and 115lbs of that since starting mfp. I went from a size 56 pants to a size 40. I went from taking 5 medicines daily for high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol, to now only taking 1 pill a day for diabetes. I feel so much better, My fitness pal is truely amazing!!

    Congratulations and the highest of respect for you. Your loss is an amazing job. Do you have any suggestions that you feel helped you? My daily food track is like a yo-yo. I know I can't expect results doing this (sometimes a little under goal, a little over goal, and somedays a lot over goal). Did exercise play a small or big factor during your journey?
