Hip pain when running...help!

Anyone else have hip pain when running? Do you think shoes make a difference?

i get it if ive imcreased my distance too much too soon.
could be unstable pelvis, could be misaligned knees, could be poor running shoes. Maybe you need orthotics?
i would go get your gait analysed0 -
Sounds strange but.... when I don't eat enough fat I notice my hips hurt. Try adding a little oil to your salads maybe?0

Thanks guys. It could be my fault...I haven't felt I could afford to get tested and get the right trainers. I have just used my reebok cross trainers since I started. From what some people are saying, hink I may need to invest now I am running longer distances.0
