And healthy eating.
More like a calorie deficit0 -
By losing weight....
Since you can't spot reduce, the only way to lose fat anywhere on the body is to lose weight overall.0 -
Exercise and healthy food. You can't just get rid of fat from one place on your body. When you loose fat, you loose fat from your whole body.
Hang in there, and you will notice results as you go.

Sadly, you can't get rid of body fat in a specific area just by exercising that area. You need to burn calories to burn off the body fat, wherever the body fat is.0

THANKS GUYS....:drinker:0

yep, it actually flattens everything out, and the fact that your carrying more weight by doing strength training basically makes you burn more calories quicker, just make sure you overdress yourself when you do exercise.0

Eat healthy, follow the food pyramid, don't ever deprive yourself of anything that you want to eat. Moderation and portion size is the key. Drink plenty of water. Water helps with losing fat.
No, you can't spot reduce, but you sure can spot tone. I don't know what kind of exercise you are doing, but if I can suggest Tae Bo to you. You will see a body difference.0 -
Just yesterday I turned my back to my daughter and asked her what was almost gone - right away she said "your back fat!"........there is still some but it's WAY better. I had noticed the other day when I was out for my walk I didn't feel as much jiggle. I haven't done anything special........just watching what I eat, walking and doing a kettlebell workout (which I have been slacking on).....0
