when i started exercising after my last baby i recorded the results and have tested myself now and then since then. i know i not an athlete but i am proud of my achievments and just wanted to share them with the world!! today i broke my 3km run (i usually do 10 but to test my self i had to go back to the original run) almost 1/2 the start time, 33min down to 18min. woo hoo. i got my rowing sprint for 2km down to 7min and my treadmill interval up to 16km on for 20sec off for 10sec for 5 min!!!! Is it ok to beat my own chest?
