I just sent you a friend request. Welcome to the site.
Suggestion: Make sure you use the site and the calorie goals they have set out for you. .Log your excercise.
Eat , at least, your daily calories. Remember, you want to come to a place where you learn how to eat each and every day.. not just to lose "quick weight". I congratulate you on your week's weight loss.. but, it doesn't seem like much food to me. And, so the question is.. can you eat like that for life? Are you making a life change.. something that you can do that is sustainable?
Weight loss.. and maintaining weight.. will be a little different. And, as you know.. you will eat less calories during the weight loss phase. However, you should be learning how to balance the treats with the other meals. Good food choices. Alternatives to high calorie/high sugar foods. OY.. now you probably won't want me as an MFP friend.. I talk too much!!
