A bottle of Red and a stinking chinese last night and now its back to business of fat burning!. Gotta have a blow out once a week or it becomes so so hard and mundane to concentrate and stick with the diet. I scientific study showed that a group people who over indulged at Christmas time then exercised the next day on an empty stomach did not gain weight. The people who had a breakfast then exercised showed a steady increase in weight!. This is NOT a green light to live and eat junk as its an unhealthy way to live but if you have a blowout now and then you have a bit of a get off.
Am i the only one who blows out once a week???. I also read somewhere that this can also have an affect on the body by shocking the body into thinking there is an abundance of calories so it does not have to hold on so much to other calories/fat within the body and can cause a slight drop in weight!. Anybody else had this experience?. I think we are always having to trick and shock the body. Thoughts please!
