Question Do I need to add Orange Jucie to my Calorie Count? I have not had a soda since last Easter but i do drink orange juice or cranberry apple jucie so do i add thouse to my calorie count?

Yes, 250ml of orange juice has approximately 110cals in it (depending on brand I guess it might differ) as well as 25g of carbs (pretty much all of which is sugar). So yes, you should add it. xx0

You're better off eating a whole orange, but if you really like the juice, definitely add it to your log - those calories add up fast.0 -

I'd recommend freshly squeezed orange juice. I know not everyone has the time to do it, but when you can it is absolutely delicious and tastes so much better than any store bought brand I've tried.0
