I still think that even after 6 months of no exercise he will be a lot stronger and healthier than most people who have years of neglect not 6 months.

Ugh, I can't imagine all the crap he must have had to eat in order to transform his body so fast. Sounds painful and I bet it was super stressful on his heart0

Seems idiotic to me, but on the flipside, I guarantee he will get back in shape much, much faster than it would take most people. Muscle memory is a very powerful tool. I'm just curious whether or not he will have loose skin.0
