Time to get burning!
The aim is to burn 6000 kcal by next Sunday.
If anyone else is up for the challenge, please join!

    I think it depends on how much u weigh! It used to take me 30min to burn 500kcal no problems, but now that I lost weight I have to work harder and longer for the same burns! :)

    Maybe up the cardio? Do 30min more and I'm sure it will take u no-time! :)

    Yeah I usually work out for up to 2 hours a day 6 day a week but recently burnt myself out (fainted at the gym) so I'm only allowed to do slow walks this week :(

    Oh no that's no good :( 2h is a great workout, That's usually how I do it too, running, weights and a fitness class, but just make sure ur body is used to it and isn't pushing too hard :( I hope you feel better soon!!
