I love the tools and the information on this site. I am learning a lot. Weight loss is not a diet its a lifestyle change. I am trying to learn ways to eat for the rest of my life not just for a few weeks. I want to lose weight and be healthier for the rest of my life, not just a few weeks or months. Thanks for all the support.

    Hi Peggy. This a great place to accomplish your goals. Logging is the best tool. When you see in writing what your eating it really helps the mindless eating. Add me as a friend if you like.
