Kelly's Fat Free No Bake Pumpkin Pie
Serve 5.5 (1/2 servings)
Ingredients:
1-8 oz. package of fat free cream cheese
½ cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
2 cups canned pumpkin
½ cup Stevia or Splenda
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
Place softened cream cheese and yogurt into large bowl and cream together. Add pumpkin and mix well. Add sweetener and pumpkin pie spice and mix well. Place ½ cup in 5 small dishes and refrigerate for 2 hours. May be place in a graham cracker or pre-baked pie shell

maybe just try less spenda? or if you need to, a little sugar (but not a lot)... you can just experiment with it. i know what you mean about splenda, it can have a little bit of an aftertaste.0 -
