WWheat noodles are filling in a different way, they aren't the simple carb type that make you want to eat more and more:blushing: . If you've yet to try WWheat noodles, give it shot it might surprise you how satisfied your body is with one serving. Or plan your day and enjoy 2 servings of noodles with your meal.:drinker:
