Has anyone noticed less calories burned with level 2? I have done level 2 twice now, and I only burn about half as many cals as I do with level 1. I know I'm not working less, I am busting butt on level 2, it is so hard. I'm sore and hurting after I'm done. Level one on the other hand, I can do straight through. I'm tired afterward but I feel good. Level 2 just leaves me feeling sick!

Maybe I should put level 2 to rest for now and just move back to level 1?

  • Do you have a HRM? Is that what is telling you that you have burned less?
  • Yeah, I'm going by my HRM.

Hi there, I am curious also. I was going to start level 2 tonight, I haven't tried it yet. do you know about how many calories it burns to do level 1? I don't have a HRM.
    thanks

I noticed as well that I burn fewer calories on Level 2 than on Level 1. I did Level 2 yesterday, and my HRM told me that I burned 150 calories. Today I did Level 1, and the HRM told me that I burned 195.:ohwell:
  • I've been burning anywhere from 210-270 cals on level one (apparently I work harder some days than others LOL).
Today's level two told me I only burned 93 cals. The other day when I did it, it told me 127.
