Re-evaluate goals

How often or do you re-evaluate goals? I had dropped my calorie to 1100 for awhile, but I've nudged that back up a bit to 1150 (MFP recommended 1200) And since I'm watching carbs, I brought that down some too. I realized my exercise goals were a bit off, so adjusted those too. Just wondering what your thoughts are on your goals?
