Sunday- Yoga 90 mins
Monday- Belly Dancing 60 mins, Hatha-Yoga 30 mins
Tuesday- Bikram Yoga 90 mins
Wednesday- Running 5mph 30 mins, Hatha-Yoga 60 mins
Thursday- Running 5mph 30 mins, Yoga 30 mins, Pilates 10 mins
Friday- Walking 3mph 30, Yoga 30 mins
Saturday- Bikram Yoga 90 mins, Belly Dancing 60 mins
