what's more important? job or your health/looks? if you don't have time (i doubt you don't) then you can't workout0

It's a matter of finding the time and finding something that's convenient.
I work two full-time jobs as well as additional contracts that come up every few months (and have just finished a Master's degree). Needless to say it was hard to find time and I put on a lot of weight. But I got to the point where I became so disgusted with myself (I've always been in good shape and been known for being in good shape so to suddenly become porky was very depressing). However, this spurred me on to MAKE time. I work out one day a week in the gym (but I work heavy, so this is enough for my muscles), by doing without lunch on that day and deliberately taking an hour of leave every week, after my lunch break so I can fit it in.
The rest of the week I have found a number of home-based workouts that I can do either early in the morning or late at night once I get in. Through trial and error I've found workouts that I enjoy, can stick with and are as convenient as I can make them. It's tough, and sometimes I have to choose between sleep or working out.
But it can be done.
If I lived nearer to work I would cycle or walk in (this isn't an option for me as I work 25 miles away) but it may be an option for you. And there are a plethora of workouts that can be done at home. It may also be worth joining a gym - one that's near to where you live or work. As I say, I CAN be done....0 -
Hi RiiNaCHiiCK09, besides work, what do you do? You can incorporate exercise in that time slot.0
