I was keeping tract of my calories on here, eating healthy and exercising every day. I was doing really well. I lost a little bit of weight. A few months ago, I stopped and fell into my old habits. I'm going to try this again because I really want to lose weight. My goal is to lose about 30 pounds or so by St Patrick"s Day.

    My best advice is work the tools they have here and be determined that you will make your goals.
  • You can certainly add me as a friend if you would like. I fell off the wagon too. Every time I lose weight I get excited and totally lose my mojo it is weird...I mean shouldn't it be the opposite effect.

    I am with you! When I record here, I do great. When I forget, I fall back into the bad habits.

    Welcome Back! I'm starting over again too. We can do it! My goal right now is to loose 20 lbs by my daughters graduation on May 12th. We're gonna do it!!! WOOT!!:smile:
