new to board, not new to weight loss

I started my weight loss journy August 2009, did well lost over 80 pounds in little under 2 years, then got burned out on it. then i tore my calf muscle playing paintball and it all went south from there..gave up on dieting and exercising and now have gained most of it back, have heard and read nothing but good news about this site so i am gonna give it a try..wanna lost 150 pounds and be healthy and happy again!!

I think many of us have been there, I"ve only been on this site a short time but it is really easy and a great "conscience" if you use it religiously. It's making me think twice about lots of food and exercise related things in my life and where my priorities (getting healthy) should be. Good luck and I'm sure we will all be rooting for you.0
