I haven't been having too much sodium, definitely not more than usual.. I've been drinking the same amount of water (9 - 15 cups/day) and I'm not about get my period.. I'm clueless! Can exercise cause this? It's been kind of cold lately, can that cause it? Audio, I have borderline low blood pressure... Could that cause it?

Exercise can cause this. Your muscles retain water to help them heal up.0

Are you eating much in processed food? Even though it may be low in sodium alot of the preservatives can also cause you to retain water.0

why do you feel your retaining water? Is it that you're not losing much weight? It could just be a plateau. I saw you are getting close to your goal, maybe change up your routine a little. I know in cold weather my wedding ring usually falls off of me so I doubt that's the cause of water retention. When I eat a lot of sodium my ring usually fits a little snugger.0
