so i just started a week ago but. I stated working out and trying to lose weight 9 months ago to i want to put my stating weight at what i was 9 month ago so that when i am measure at the gym every thing is consistent? Or do i put my weight at what it is now? I think i may be a little confused when i go to the gym and they measure me cause it won't be the same the the site is telling me i have only lost 3 pound but i actually have lost 12. some advice would be great. what would be recondmend?

It's your choice.
Some people use "HW" to note their "Highest Weight"; and then "SW" for their MFP "Starting Weight"0 -

It's all about what works for you not what other people think you should do. If you need consistency between sources, then do it. If someone has an issue with it then they are worrying about the wrong person and should go tend their own garden before complaining about the neighbors roses.0
