I measured my waist at belly button and I lost 3/4 of an inch this month!! I'll take that  It means, overall, that since Sept 29 when I was dx with T2 diabetes I have lost a total of 13 lbs and
1 3/4 inches!! I guess overall, that is good progress for me. I think I'm happier with the 3/4 inch loss than I would have been if I had showed a 2 lb loss :drinker: I know that if the tummy keeps shrinking, the scale will eventually have to follow.

I also noticed that when I did the Strength and Sculpt part of my Biggest Loser video this a.m. I made it through the plie section - which usually I have to take a short break or 2 during, and doing the bridge, I was able to actually lift my leg during part of it. :drinker: So, something is improving even if the scale wants to argue over it!! It will submit to me yet

I know what you mean. My scale doesn't want to cooperate either even though I can fit into a size smaller jeans again so I know I'm doing something right. I finally put my scale in my son's room and told my son to hide it. I'll let the scale come out in a month and see if it wants to show me a lower number. If not, I'm going to punish it for another month.  Keep up the good work You're doing great. :flowerforyou:

I think I rather have the tape measure go down and the scale stay the same instead of the scale going down and the measurements staying the same.

    Good job on your loss.
