Around 70lbs - Pics

I'm close to about 70lbs lighter since I realized my weight was a problem. When I looked into the mirror and seen nothing but a blob and not a person, I realized it was time for change, but I ended up pregnant with my daughter, but I had Gestational Diabetes which was a blessing in disguise cus I lost 70lbs in my pregnancy, but gained 25 back. I've about lost all that 25 and about down to where I was.

I came in here earlier and was looking at all the success stories and it really encourages me to keep pushing myself. I would love to lose another 50/60lbs, but honestly as long as I can feel comfortable in my own skin, I really do not care. Oh and let me just say, I can finally look in the mirror and see a person, not a blob of fat.

Well basically I went from a Diabetic diet, which basically was just counting carbs, now I count calories. When I was pregnant with my daughter I was only allowed so many carbs which wasn't a lot, and helped a lot with weight control, but I found it hard to do after I had her, because it was a 'Get up and eat what I can in the time she lets me eat." Now I count calories and work out. I've also lost 3 inches in my waist, 2 inches in my breast area, and 1 inch in my arms. Not a whole lot but it works.

I've also learned to snack on fresh veggies and fruits, but with all that I learned in my diabetic diet, I try not to eat a whole lot of fruit, while yes it has good carbs in it, too much of anything can be bad for you. When I get a sweet tooth, I still try to eat sugar free stuff, it's lower in calories. I stay clear of fried foods all together. I eat 1200 calories a day once in awhile I eat more then that but I usually beat myself up when I do lol.

Thanks, I'll probably take some face shots to compare those, as I've not really paid much attention till now.
