Logging 30DS sessions?

just wondering how I should log each session of the 30 Day Shred (which I am doing now) and Ripped in 30 (which I will be doing next month). I've been logging it as general aerobics for 20 minutes, but so far I am finding level 1 pretty easy so I'm not sure if thats accurate. What do you guys log your sessions as?
