I used to start my day with a plate of eggs and it was great. Tasty and kept me full. But I have started a new job and im having to get up to early to really cook anything. i have been having PB & J sandwiches, but im looking for something better. Preferably something high protein and that i can take on my hour commute and eat at my desk at work, being able to make it the night before would be ideal. Who's got any good ideas?
I should mention i do not like hardboiled eggs.

I now have a longer commute to work as well and started making myself smoothies. I make a batch for the week and then freeze them individually. I take out 1 serving from the freezer and put it in the fridge and it is thawed enough to drink on my way to work the next morning.
I also enjoy eating oatmeal at work. I add walnuts and raisin to it. It keep me full until lunch time and has relatively few calories.0 -
French toast?? You could make it and even freeze it. Or make it the night before. You can have it sweet or savoury too! Hope you get some great ideas

I use to make fresh fruit, protein with fiber or veggie smoothies the night before and stick them a container in the freezer. Then in the morning I'd pop it in the blender to make it creamy again (you can add yogurt or juice/milk for that) and voila! All in 5 mins in the am.
Now its fruits, nuts or boiled egg for me if i'm on the go. But you don't like boiled eggs0
