What is the word on Canola Oil.? Is it ok?

I"ve heard really bad things about it and avoid it. It's gmo, (micro-tears in arteries examined postmortem) and the way it takes all the minerals out of the soil but doesn't retain them or provide them back to you? there's alot to goggle about it0

Never touch the stuff it's olive oil or coconut oil for me.0

I just read that too.....I had a dietician tell me to eat canola oil instead of all the others.....so I think it is a good choice!0 -
I use it occasionally. ( I don't use a lot of oil anyway for cooking) I haven't found it to be bad. Thanks for the snopes article, Contrarian.0
