Starting Fresh!

Hey everyone, this isn't my first time trying to diet and exercise to lose weight. Unfortunately I have a terrible sweet tooth and it seems that more often than not it gets the best of me and puts me off track for my weight loss goals. Hopefully with some support and motivation I can finally get the results I want.

I'm 23 and currently weigh 186 lbs. I'm trying to get back to my goal weight of 160 lbs, which is what I weighed in high school. I think I looked much better then than I do now. I started using MFP about a week ago at 189 lbs, so I have a little bit to go. My ultimate goal is to be 160 lbs before summer, and hopefully be under 180 before the year is up.

I'm making sure to hold myself accountable by scanning or entering everything I eat and trying to exercise as often as I can, which isn't easy with a desk job working weird hours.

Anyway, I'll post updates of my progress and how I'm feeling about it as I go.

    Hi Electronicrice. You can do this. Do you know that they have desk workouts?
