 I started my journey one year ago tomorrow. I have lost 42 lbs and no longer have to take pre-diabetes medication. My goal is 33 lbs. more by August 2012. I wanted to lose weight slow to maintain a healthier life for many many years to come.

You are doing great! Does the sure and steady pace keep your skin tighter, and let it settle and adjust nicer as you go along? I too am going slowish - hoping my skin uses the time to adjust itself!0
