 I started my journey one year ago tomorrow. I have lost 42 lbs and no longer have to take pre-diabetes medication. My goal is 33 lbs. more by August 2012. I wanted to lose weight slow to maintain a healthier life for many many years to come.

Congratulations! You are an inspiration. I was discouraged earlier today, but after reading your testimonial I feel that I am on track. Thank you!

You are doing great! Does the sure and steady pace keep your skin tighter, and let it settle and adjust nicer as you go along? I too am going slowish - hoping my skin uses the time to adjust itself!
