What are you doing now and what are your goals?
IMO there are a lot of other options which will get you a good workout. However, if you like fairly intense workouts, want to workout 6 x per week and progressively work harder it's a great program. I've done 2 rounds and really enjoyed them. Shaun T is very motivating and inspiration to want to workout to. Both times on the program, I saw my fitness and endurance increase. It's hard core cardio. I'm a runner and I really believe it made me faster and stronger.
If ordering - I would suggest you get the deluxe version - there are three additional DVD which are my 3 favorites of the program. They include the weight training I missed from my P90X round, and the Sports Interval is a super fun alternative to a boring workout, you feel like your have a purpose. And Insane Abs is 30 straight minutes of Cardio and AB work, really kicked it up.0 -
Three words :
Best. Workouts. EVER.
But don't sucker yourself into thinking they're easy. At all. They are just as hard (i'm on my 7th round of it) today as day one, but i am getting SO many more reps.
You start seeing progress (IF YOU PUSH, it's not a MAGIC program, after all) within a week. You'll take a fit test every 2 weeks and the results on that are mind blowing.
Let me just say, i can do 700+squats and 100+decline pushups in one "go" because of this program.0
