Hi, I am kinda new on here and was wondering what types of exercise routines does everyone do that is working for them. What type of home exercises do you do. So far I just do alot of walking and the stairclimber at the gym once a week. I go to school part time and work 40 hours a week so any suggestions would be helpful, thanks for reading and feel free to add me if you like.

You are starting out great. I have a treadmill at home so I walk 4 days a week, strength train 2 days a week and I also like to do yoga or pilates at home once a week. When I get bored with the treadmill, I will go for a bike ride or use the eliptical at the gym. If you have a gym membership, try some different classes. Good luck to you!0
