Since im back to college i get an hour for my lunch. i usually go into town with my friend for lunch and i cant really afford to eat in a restaurant im kinda broke atm
ya it sucks lol so i get quick food to go, iv just started back up with my fitness pal as i took a break for a while or you could say i kinda lost track of what im supposed to be focused on during work hours. the only food i can think of to get for on the go in shops is sandwichs and rolls. but they aint all that healthy. should i just fill up on fruit and a small snack bar until dinner, then stuff my face lol ( being healthy and calorie wise of course) also im thinking nuts during lunch aswell would they be a good food to eat until dinner. please give me some ideas so i can make sure im making a healthy and cheap choice im clueless lol!! thank you
