Does weight Gain/loss/insecurities affect your sex life?

Hi, so I recently realized, while dancing (grinding) a couple of nights ago with a couple of guys, that I am not comfortable/confident about my body in terms of sharing it with guys. I don't know if those guys could pick up on my insecurities or how into me they were, if they were disgusted by my stomach. Though I wanted to do other things as I presume those guys also wanted to, my insecurities stopped me. Any similar feelings/issues/thoughts on this?
