Any good tips for resistance training at home?
I do go to the gym a few times a week, but if there are things I could be doing at home as well..why not try them?!
I know there are crunches and pushups and the plank (which is a killer) but are there any other exercises I could incorporate into a workout at home?

If you pick up some resistance bands (they are cheap at target or Walmart) there are tons of exercises you can do with them. They pack well for travel also. They also make bands that are loops instead of open ended, and you can use those for squats, lunges, bridges, etc. They are made by FIT and can be picked up at ****'s or Sports authority, and come with picture directions. If you don"t want to spend money, you can use a kitchen towel on a slippery floor and while in plank put your feet on the towel and drag your knees into your midsection and away, great for the abs.0
