Getting back to basics

Hi - Like a lot of us I've been here before, fell off (or maybe under) the wagon and am trying to get back on track. Last time I focused on the food/exercise tracking aspects of MFP - this time I'm trying to get and give some support. I have lost lots of weight before and now have to do it again.     I have fallen of the wagon so many times myself, so this time I am going to hang on tight to make it to the end of the journey once and for all.

    I've been falling off the wagon as long as I can remember! :laugh: These couple of months are my first on mfp, though.
