    WOW thanks for being so kind everyone ! It took me a year to lose 75 pounds :) And no i didnt eat my exercise calories back. i know a lot of people do eat theirs back but i just dont like the idea of that lol ...I worked out if not 7 days a week it was 6 days a week ... If i wasnt feeling it i took a rest day... Rest days are VITAL :)
