I would go back to your doctor and see if he can suggest something. I know people that has had that surgery andhas gained back some of their weight. Other than that, you can ALWAYS get support here

I had gastric bypass 3 years ago and have lost and kept off 200 pounds. Track your food and watch what you eat. You have to do the work, but you can lose it again. Good luck to you!!

I had gastric bypass in May 2003 and have gained back about 50 lbs over the past few years. I lost 140lbs and it has been harder to diet now, however, with portion control still in my corner when I eat the right things, focus on my calorie intake and watch those sugars, I do much better. I picked up some bad habits again post surgery like Diet Coke and sugar. I was warned as I'm sure you were - but here we go. I refuse to put on anymore weight.

Keep up your good work and be consistent. I'm in it with you!!! ~Sandy
