I tried it a few weeks ago and couldn't do it, made it to day 6 of the first phase, as i could't handle not eating meat, needed protein as i was tired and crank.ky. A friend of mine did it and was fine but she likes beans and stuff and doenns't like meat that much and she lost some weight, she just started back on it on monday again, another friend of mine was the same as me and needed to eat some meat as she was tired and cranky as well

if you want for info feel free to ask and i an tell you more about it if you want.

I haven't tried it but I think you'll find that these fad diets are not effective. They work for a quick fix but the moment you go off the diet and back to regular eating habits you gain the weight back.

That doesn't have to be the case but it normally is.

Now, if you use the diet to kick start your weight loss and then transition to a proper caloric and nutrition intake there's no reason why you wouldn't be able to maintain and continue weight loss.

My advice, forget the fancy diet plans, diet pills, or fads and just stick with the program on this site. It's been highly effective for a lot of people and will teach you how to eat right so that you can lose weight slowly but then keep it off.

I find it amusing that they add in Pizza at the end.

Personally, I think that there is no reason for this type of diet. If you can do this, you can permenantly change your eating habbits. The only thing detoxing does is to temporarilly rid your body of some of the more potent food components out there, it doesn't do anything permenant. Flip that coin around and you will realize that if you just eat a nutritious healthy diet every day, complete with all the daily recommended amounts of the food groups, your body will cleanse itself without any need to severly limit what you eat. It doesn't look like a horrible diet or anything, It just looks unnecessary to me.

    That's my personal opinion anyway.

I found it awful. I tried really hard but everyday felt like I constantly was thinnking about food. I even fainted on this diet. it was awful!

I have not tried this one but I have certainly tried my share of fad diets. I have learned that the best way to do this is to eat in moderation, that way I am not restricting anything from myself. I don't do well when I am told I can't have something...just makes me want it more!!
