Okay, i've been measured before by a trainer. I have my measurements and want to measure myself to see if there are any changes. How do I know where to measure on the specific body part such as calves and so forth?

I don't know for sure. But personally on the parts that stick out, calves, hips, thighs ect I measure the widest part. On my waist (which is suppost to sink in:huh: ) I measure the skinniest part.
Maybe somebody else has something more official, but that's what I do. I do my own measurements and measure in the same place everytime. It's a great way to monitor progress.0
