Hi there! I wanted to share my absolutely favorite meal's & food's that are super-low in calories but totally satisfying. I LOVE to eat and think about food all the time. I'm talking constantly!! I needed to find meals that allow me to EAT alot but not ruin my calories for the day. Also I am not easily satisfied. I mean how can you feel "full" on a power-bar (yeah right, maybe 4 of them), and a diet shake- I don't think so! -that’s just a high cal drink where's the rest of the meal? Soooo... I have found certain winners that allow me to graze or just really fill me up and taste AMAZING. So here are some of my all-time favorites:

Cheese & Crackers: "Blue Diamond" Almond Nut Thins Crackers (Smokehouse flavor) 16 crackers are 130 calories and "Lifetime Healthy Rewards" Fat-free cheese (comes in Jalapeno Jack, Swiss, Monterey, and cheddar) only 40 Calories for 1 oz! You can have a whole plate of Cheese and crackers for only 170 calories!! I slice the cheese paper-thin. The crackers taste "Smokey" and sometimes I cut up a tomato to have on the crackers as well. YUM! I won't lie though I normally eat 2 oz of the cheese :)

Indian Food: "Ethnic Gourmet" frozen meals are almost too good to be true! They are in the frozen food section normally by the Amy's stuff. The Chicken Tandori and Spinach also comes with brown rice (although it tastes like jasmine white) and has only, drum roll....170 calories!!!! That’s for the whole meal!!! I mean its so crazy good and after eating this I really am full. I usually don't get full from a regular frozen TV dinner so this is truly one of my favs! I heat it up and add Siracha hot sauce. I eat one of these a few times a week for lunch. And can you believe it’s about the same calories as a Luna bar???!!! Which one do you think would fill you up better? The other one I like is "Palak Paneer" with only 240 calories. Great for cheese lovers. Be careful though some of the other flavors have over 400 calories...

Chips!! "PopChips" All natural potato chips my fav flavs are Salt and Vinegar, Salt & Pepper. These are all natural and baked but taste better than any fat chip I have ever had. They are only 120 calories for 20 chips. Half of a (BIG) bag is only 180 calories! It takes me forever to eat that much and they are soooooo crunchy and yum!

Popcorn: All popcorns are not created equal! The 94% Butter fat-free by PopSecret is one of the best tasting and lowest calories. Some of those "Healthy" popcorns taste yuck. This one is only 240 calories for the entire big bag. My secret downfall however is Jiffy Pop Kettle corn- its like the fair popcorn but has a whopping 415 calories per bag (ouch) so I through away half the bag before I sit down. I find its worth eating half a bag of this stuff cause the "light" or reduced fat kettle corns leave me unhappy.

Sourdough Bread?!I found too brands Columbo (french and sourdough) and Bordaneaves that give you 2 slices for only 100 calories! Some other sourdoughs are 200 for one serving! These ones are fresh and soft and very, very good. I usually have 2 slices of sourdough with egg beaters for breakfast. I use non-fat cooking spray and slice a tomato, and throw in 2 C baby spinach (from a salad bag) and fry it a minute or two then add my egg beaters on top with salt and pepper. A nice breakfast for 220 calories.

No calorie Snack?"Mt Olives" Pickle Paks. I had to read the label a few times and yes this is 0 ZERO calories. These pickle snack paks come in a container similar to what apple-sauce comes in. You get little baby dills or sweet pickles (the sweet one's are flavored with Splenda) and they have no calories for the whole container.

Well those are a few of my favs. They are in constant rotation and have helped me lose about 12% of my beginning body weight. Only 8.5 more lbs to go to my goal of 124 lbs. I want to lose it before I go to Vegas in May for my girlfriends bachelorette party. I'll have to wear a bikini!!
