Hello All,

I'm glad to find MFP and hope to find friends and support to lose the last 25 Lbs. I'm a senior who has lost lots of weight and improved COPD with Curves exercise. Its reallly important to my very survival to reach goal weight and keep it off forever. Any hints, suggestions and support are appreciated!

    Good Afternoon,
    I am new to this blog, I want to lose 80 pounds and need help.... support and a little push every now and then.
    I joined the Gym back in June I have a personal trainer I LOVE going and working out with my group but I have only lost 13 pounds and to me thats not enough. I don't eat properly at all, so most of it is my fault.
    I just asked my husband to join the gym as well so he and I can work out together and hopefully lose weight together.
