I've been using MFP for about 6 months now, but lately (last 3 weeks or so) I've been in a very depressive state and I'm not sure why. So I deleted my old account (forgetting to C&P all my recipes :0( d'oh!) and created this new one, to rekindle my spark of fitness and my lifelong journey of successful health.
I did gain back about 10 pounds (damn you Halloween candy!) and I've stopped exercising, though I've had the flu lately & two really bad periods, so the doc said lay off. But I'm tired of not getting out there for my runs every morning. So I'm back on the wagon and looking for those who can support me, be a cheerleader or hell, even an *kitten*-kicker, and I'll do you a solid in return.
Thanks for accepting me back and I'm ready this time! *game face on*
