Brand new!! :)

So im brand new here, and just starting to get a fitness and healthy eating plan in place. Im stuck in an office 8 hours per day and have definately put on weight since starting this job. So any support, tips or motivation would be much appreciated!! I have had a quick read of individuals stories and congratulations on the results you are all achieving!

    Welcome! I am new to the site also, only been on a week but am very excited. My advise is to stay motivated, keep at it, and don't get discouraged. I am a special needs aid and sit on a bus all day so I understand how you feel. A couple of my favorite things are getting outside and walking, also my favorite snack is an apple with natural peanut butter. Best of luck to you and feel free to add me.
