calorie question

Anyone have any idea in how many calories is in a punch you would get at a baby shower. It had sprite and strawberry ice cream. I don't know the exact recipe used. I know through research I can make one up but I wanted to see if anyone knew an approx. count off hand.

That is most likely Champagne, Sherbert & sprite, 7up or Gingerale,

Its listed in foods under sherbert punch

I just assumed that ice cream had more calories than sherbet and I know they used ice cream.

Thanks for the input. I used the recipe on allrecipes.com to figure the ratio of sprite to ice cream and the number of serving. That gave me the number of calories. All I can say is I am glad I only drank have a cup. It was yummy though.
