Hi have been using this site for a week now first time I have had to watch what I eat and have lost 1.8 lbs.I live in scotland city of Glasgow.

    Well welcome and congratulations. I understand the "first" time watching what you eat.....It took me 25 years to hit 100 lbs...then I had 2 children....and ever since I have been on an eating weight gaining losing roller coaster.

    HI thanks have found out that I was not eating enought to lose any weight now feel I can not eat all that i have to.
