Hello to all!! Im Gina and I'm excited began the process to a healthier life. Im currently at 198lbs and I'm 5'3" which isnt good at all. I dont look that big and I dont feel unhealthy but I know I need to change. This is the heaviest that I have ever been in my life. When I was in the Army I stayed at 145 even after having my daughter in 2004. I was considered over weight by the Army's standards but my body fat was around 20% so I was great. Well in 2007 I had my son and I was out of the Army and the weight has stayed. I didnt gain anything so I was at a constant 205lbs. I didnt workout anymore because I worked and had 2 babies and going through a divorce so I didnt have time. Soooo now days I'm remarried to a wonderful man that love me for who I am. We have been friends for almost 7 yrs and just got married this Aug. He is active duty Army so he is in good shape. Well he is currently deployed and I would love to get back to my old self while he is away and surprise him when he gets back. I think we would look better as a couple if we both are in shape and healthy.Sooooo thats what brings me here...But I do have something I need help with...I cant eat 1200 calories a day. Usually its the other way around. But I feel like I have to force feed myself to make there and I always fall short. I have a very low to none existent appetite. I think thats why I cant lose any weight because my body just doesnt have enough but at the sametime I dont get hungry...Can someone please help me???

  • Hi and good luck with your weight loss. I often have trouble eating the suggested 1200 calories (or more if ive been exercising)
I am concentrating more on keeping the Fat levels down and trying to balance the other nutrients, I do go over on the sugar levels most day but thats because I like fruit but at the moment I am managing to loose 2lb a week so I am going to stick with what I am doing. I tried trying to make myself eat more to get up to the calorie level but a lot of the time I just dont feel hungry so cant really see the point,

You can add me add me as a friend if you would like to.

    Clare :)
