Question on activity level

Hi all..
I need advice on what activity level to select. I work out 5 to 6 times a week doing walking off the pounds dvd and Tae bo. I am also thinking of adding weighted gloves to these and maybe working out with weights. I walk my dogs a couple times a day but normally a short walk, less then a half mile.
I do a lot of work on the computer and sit and watch TV for a few hours a day. Not working right now, so I can't base it on the work I do.
Thanks for any advise on this..

Base it on your daily activities, if that is generally pretty quiet then put sedentary as your activity level.
Then you can add in your walking, Taebo etc and these get added to your daily calorie allowance as you do them.0 -
i agree. select sedintary and put your exercise in your exercise diary.0
