I know that sodium is bad for bloating and retaining water, but I know that it's good to help stop my muscles from cramping - my calves and arches cramp a fair bit in my swimming.

Does anyone know how to work out how much sodium I need?

Thanks in advance.

NB: Please don't bother with google it (I will when I get home), or tell me to see an expert or anything unhelpful.
