slowed cooked apples

Anyone ever cook apples in slow cooker without sugar. Do you have to add water? If yes, how much?

How long do you cook them?

    That depends on the recipe, what form the apples are in and what you intend to do with them after. I googled "slow cooker apples" and a whole bunch of recipes came up so try that.

    I did google it and none were cooked without sugar. Just want baked apples no recipe to use them in.

    Well you can use the same instructions but skip the sugar.

    I've never done this before, you might have to go by trial & error, maybe if you succeed you can post on the internet the solution for everybody :smile:
