OMG!!
I went for lunch today with my cousin and thought I would "splurge" a bit and have a ceaser salad, but add chicken to get some protein..and only ate half (portion control and all..) Good thing, I got home and checked how many calories were in it..I almost fell out of my Chair...1100 Calories!!!!! Damn that dressing!! I only ate 1/2 but it almost blew my allownace out of the water...but oh well. I work out 6-7 days a week, for at least an hour a day...one day of indulgance isnt going to ruin me....as long as i dont do it every day. but wow...what a damn gooooood salad.

ya...this was my first time eatting out since I started all this insanity, but wholy crap...I dont think I will be ever able again to look at a meal while eating out and not wonder how many horrible evil hidden cals are in there? I looked at my plate and told my cousin that there was enough for 2 servings..and I was right0 -
yeeeaa...I thought about that..after..I was thinking I should have asked for the dressing and croutons on the side...oh well..I will have to work it off tomorrow..0
