I was in the back of the queue when good genetics were being dealt out, so I would really appreciate it if other endomorphs could post up there diets and success stories? I really need help with the diet as I haven't seen the scale move for a while. What foods would you reccommend? What would you avoid? And are there amy endo's out there who have successfully achieved there fat loss goal? I'm in need of an intervention! Please help

even though body type plays a part there are still ways to progress. Looking at your diary you eat a lot of low nutrient value/high calorie food (crunchy nut cereal, really? have you read the label for sugar content?)
I also notice your logging is quite sloppy, you have logged for instance two slices of bread for lunch but you must have put something on it?
find out what your maintenance calories are, and you will be surprised there really isn't that much difference between that and your losing weight calories onlya bout 300 so it is easy to eat that if you havelittle tastes here or don't weight or log there.
Eat clean natural food, wholegrain rice is good, oatmeal instead of crunchy nut. Lean protein and green vegies for dinner.
you need to get serious because looking at your diary I don't think you are truly committed. Its not easy and you have to really think about it alot, and be prepared to change a lot.0 -

I'm a total endomorph. My diary is open if you'd like to take a peek. A lot of things are recipes, but if you want to know any of them I will send them to you.
Have you read Tom Venuto's e-book, Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle? He has tons of information in there to get you on the right track. That's where I got my exercise ideas, and it all seems to be working out for me so far. Ignore my ticker, I just haven't updated things on this site in a while, lol.0
