Logging HIIT cardio session?

Say, this is what my exercise consisted of:
5 sprints. 2 min each at ~ 15 mi/h
In b/w the sprints I walk 1 minute at ~ 4 mi/h
Just to get a general idea of this... How would one go about logging such a HIIT cardio ? Add them seperate? or average out the time/speed.

I do something similar. I just log the total calorie burn from my hrm. If you do not have one, I suggest you just take the average speed.0

don't have a HRM yet. I'll go with your advice for now! (otherwise was thinking that I'd go with the lower of the two computed values anyways)0
